Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Each ring is one of one. Please choose carefully — but if it isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it.

To return: 

— Contact us within 14 days at hello@gemsbysandra.com
— Send the ring back in its original packaging, unworn 
— Return shipping is paid by the customer
— Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days

Items damaged or worn cannot be refunded.

Refund:

— You will receive a full refund (including original shipping cost at our standard rate) within 14 days of us receiving the returned item 
— Refund is processed via the same payment method used at purchase
— Items showing wear beyond normal inspection cannot be refunded
