Shipping & Delivery

Each ring is one of one and shipped with care from Oslo, Norway.

Processing time

Orders are processed within **[1–3] business days** of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your ring has shipped.

Shipping within Norway

We ship with Posten Norge / Bring.

- **Standard shipping:** [PRIS] NOK — delivery in [2–5] business days
- **Tracked & insured:** included on all orders

International shipping

We ship to most of Europe and beyond.

- **EU:** [PRIS] EUR — delivery in [5–10] business days
- **Outside EU:** [PRIS] EUR — delivery in [7–14] business days
- All international orders are tracked

Customs and import fees

For orders shipped outside Norway, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sandrafarah.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Once delivered

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing — please ensure your shipping address is secure or arrange for collection.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not able to redirect packages once they have shipped. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
